Chef Space, a kitchen incubator hosted by nonprofit Community Ventures and located in Louisville’s historic West End, has opened registration for the Spring 2025 Entrée-Preneur Series. This educational series targets local and regional chefs and food entrepreneurs interested bringing their dreams to life. Consisting of eight interactive sessions taught by leading industry professionals, the classes are focused on equipping aspiring food-related small business owners with the knowledge and support they need to create and maintain a successful business. |  |
Tom Murro, President of Chef Space, has assembled an expert team of instructors with real-world, business-building experience to instruct and guide attendees on workable business plans, the intricacies of quality assurance, calculating cost of goods sold, menu and product pricing, accessing affordable financing and the importance of creating memorable marketing and branding. |

Entrée-preneur classes will be held weekly on Saturdays from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. beginning March 15th, with the final class on May 10th culminating in a Graduation Celebration.
